1. Contact NewHomeNewStart.com

 
2. Upon your initial contact we will ask you some basic questions.
 
  •  How did you hear about NewHomeNewStart.com?
  •  Are you currently working with an Agent and/or Realtor?
  •  Are you currently working with a Lender and/or Bank?
  •  Have you decided on what type of financing will work best for you?
  •  Have you been pre-qualified?
  •  Do you have a current copy of your credit report?
  •  Are there any Delinquencies Currently Reporting?
  •  Have you ever had a Foreclosure, Short-Sale, and/or Car Repossession?
  •  Have you ever filed Bankruptcy?  (If so, explain the current status.)
  •  Are you currently working with a Credit Improvement Company?
  •  Are you interested in Credit Improvement or Credit Building?
 
3.  We will establish how we may best serve you and your family.
 
  • When will you be ready to move into your new home?
  • What location are you looking to purchase in?
  • Are you looking for a brand new home or resale?
  • What type of home are you interested in?
  • How many bedrooms/ baths/ etc.?
  • How many square feet?
  • What price range would you like to be in?
  • What would you consider a comfortable monthly payment?
  • How many people plan to live in the home?
  • What is the total yearly income for your household?
  • What are the total monthly expenses currently being paid out?
  • How long have you been at your current employment in your current position?
  • If it was less than 2 years, what was your previous employment and position?
  • Do you currently have a Checking and Savings Account?  Balances?
  • Do you have a 401k, IRA, Investment, Stocks, or any other assets?
  • Is there any other form of funds that you receive on a scheduled basis?
 
 
4.  We will explain NewHomeNewStart.com, Services, & Programs so that you fully understand.
 
  • Service to you as the Buyer is 100% FREE
  • We are paid directly from the seller, builder, and/or homeowner
  • We do all the work for you based off of your searching criteria
  • We have built a rapport with the builders and are well established in this area
  • Our goal is to negotiate the best deals and incentives for you as the buyer
  • We want to help you keep your money with the least amount of out of pocket expense as possible
  • Credit Programs in place - Credit Challenges & Bad Credit are welcome
 
5.  Answer any questions you may have about NewHomeNewStart.com, Services, and/or Programs.
 
  • Are you interested in working with NewHomeNewStart.com and utilizing our FREE Services?
 
6.  If you would like to move forward with NewHomeNewStart.com & FREE Services we require:
 
  •  Exclusive Buyer Brokerage Agreement
  •  Pre-qual letter from a lender/bank (and/or)
  • Current credit report so that we may better assist you
  • Special Circumstances may require Credit Improvement & Credit Building to get started
 
7. Explanation of Buyer Brokerage Agreement 
 
  • Agreement to work together
  • Our responsibilities to You as the Buyer
  • Your responsibilities to the Broker
 
8. Explanation of the importance of being Pre-Qualified before looking for your new home and why we may need your current credit report.
 
  • Pre-Qualification is the starting point for finding Your New Home
  • Credit Report is the main tool we use to match you to the best programs for your situation
 
9. After we have received your signed brokerage agreement we will immediately get to work on your file.  You will have 72 hours to  provide us with your pre-qual letter and/or current credit report.
 
  • Several Lenders/Banks available for quick pre-qual and/or credit report
  • Several Credit Improvement/ Debt Management companies available
  • Several On-line Resources available to those who would like to do it themselves
