Brian Lucas, is a Licensed Real Estate Professional with Charles Rutenberg Realty which is the largest real estate office in Florida.


The last 15 years have included Retail Management for one of the major leading companies in the industry, Business Management, Business Ownership, and Real Estate.





Real Estate:

Brian has invested in real estate in multiple states with multiple transactions for the last 7+ years.

Brian invests, buys, sells, rents, leases, rehabs, and remodels homes, and continues to educate himself in every area of real estate.  Brian's personal involvement and participation with several aspects of the Real Estate Business enables him to provide knowledgeable and informative direction and assistance to customers/cleints due to  mainly his hands-on experience.  Whether you are Buying, Selling, Investing, Leasing, and/or even interested in Creative Financing and Investor Techniques to assist with Foreclosures, Short-Sales, and even homes that may need repairs or be up side down in value; Brian Lucas will assist you.


Business Management: 

Brian successfully created, operated, and/or managed several businesses in mulitiple states.

The majority of these businesses were hands-on customer assistance driven; including mentorship and coaching programs, business start-up, business management, information products and creation,

credit improvement and debt management, buying/selling/renting/rehabbing real estate, investment programs, and the list goes on and on.  Brian currently owns, operates, and/or manages several companies and provides Business Coaching, Mentorship, Start-Up, and Management for others as well.


Retail Management: 

Brian successfully managed and supervised (2) multi-million dollar locations in Tampa, Florida while supervising 10+ other locations, management, and staff throughout the state; including Tampa, Orlando, Ocoee, Altamonte Springs, St.Petersburg, Gainesville, Jacksonville, and Ft. Myers.  Brian understands the power of true customer service and appreciates the work ethic and the discipline that Retail demands in order to be successful.



For the last 15 years I have been involved in customer service; no matter what title I held or how great the company name, the bottom line is the customer.


Real Estate is based off of Knowledge, Communication, Negotiation, and Timing.  This just so happens to be what I have had to practice all my life and continue to practice to this day.  You can’t get away from it.  There is no such thing as a successful business or company without you as the customer.

Somewhere down the line people have seemed to forget these basics.  I can assure you, I have not.  As a matter of fact, almost every company I started and/or managed is geared toward helping people, keeping people from being taken advantage of, and ultimately doing what is best and most convenient for the customer.


You name it and I have seen, heard, or witnessed it for myself; buyers/sellers not understanding what they are signing, buyers/sellers not being educated prior to purchase, buyers/sellers complaining about the lack of support from their representation, buyers/sellers being pushed into making quick and irrational decisions, buyers/sellers being taken advantage of by heartless, cruel, and greedy individuals, buyers/sellers being overcharged by lenders and mortgage brokers, buyers/sellers not understanding their rights, etc. etc.


Needless to say, this is why I am here for you, to eliminate confusion and ensure you a convenient and well educated transaction.


I don’t just show up when it’s time for you to close, I will be with you every step of the way; It is my job and my duty to fully educate you on the decision that you are making and this enables you to have a peace of mind, knowing without a doubt that you have made the right decision for you and/or your family.
